Terms of Service

 

EYardPro Terms of Service


1. Agreement

By scheduling services with EYardPro (“Contractor”), the customer (“Client”) agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all lawn care and yard maintenance services performed at the service address provided during booking.

2. Services Provided

EYardPro may provide the following services depending on the service plan selected:

  • Lawn mowing
     
  • Edging and trimming
     
  • Blowing off hard surfaces
     
  • Fertilization and weed control
     
  • Aeration and overseeding
     
  • Tree and shrub trimming
     
  • Yard cleanup and debris removal
     

Services are performed on a scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or seasonal basis, depending on the service plan. 

Additional services outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

3. Scheduling

  • Service days are scheduled based on route efficiency and weather conditions.
     
  • Exact service times cannot be guaranteed.
     
  • Weather delays may cause services to be rescheduled to the next available day.
     

4. Access to Property

Clients must ensure that:

  • Gates are unlocked
     
  • Pets are secured
     
  • Lawn areas are free of toys, hoses, and debris
     

If the property cannot be serviced due to access issues, the visit may still be billed.

5. Grass Height Policy

If grass exceeds 6–8 inches due to missed services or lack of watering, EYardPro may charge:

  • A tall grass surcharge
     
  • Or perform a double cut service
     

Extremely overgrown lawns may require a cleanup service instead of standard mowing.

6. Payments

Payment options include:

  • Monthly billing
     
  • Seasonal prepay
     
  • Per-service billing
     

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may incur:

  • Late fees
     
  • Service suspension
     

7. Seasonal Prepay Discounts

Clients who prepay for a full mowing season may receive a discounted rate.

  • Prepayments are non-refundable once services begin
     
  • Service credits may be issued if necessary
     

8. Fertilizer and Weed Control Disclaimer

Results from fertilizer  treatments depend on:

  • Watering
     
  • Soil conditions
     
  • Weather
     
  • Existing turf health
     

EYardPro does not guarantee results but follows best-practice application standards.

9. Property Damage

EYardPro will take reasonable care while servicing the property.

However, EYardPro is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Hidden obstacles
     
  • Unmarked irrigation lines
     
  • Pre-existing landscape defects
     

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service.

10. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services by providing 30 days notice.

Seasonal contracts may require notice prior to the next billing cycle.

EYardPro reserves the right to terminate services for:

  • Non-payment
     
  • Unsafe property conditions
     
  • Repeated access issues
     

11. Liability Limitation

EYardPro shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from lawn care services.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
